My goal is straightforward – to help serious business owners generate more clients!
Nearly three decades ago, I founded the Ypsilanti Symphony Orchestra. What I learned conducting — standing in front of capable musicians, listening carefully, making small adjustments that shift the whole ensemble — is exactly what I do when I work with small business owners. I don't play every instrument. I listen for what's drifting, and I help the musicians operate at their highest level.
Every business has the same core gaps. They just wear different names and show up in different places — sales, pricing, operations, leadership. Most small business owners are working incredibly hard and not taking home nearly enough profit for what they've built. You're already talented. You're already in the ensemble. The issue is rarely effort. It's usually a handful of small, specific things — the kind that feel almost too simple to matter — quietly costing you money every single month. Through coaching, consulting, and practical tools, I help you find those things and make the targeted adjustments that actually move the needle.
I don't come in to take over your business or hand you a generic playbook. I come alongside you to listen, to see what you've stopped seeing from the inside, and to guide you toward the growth you've been working toward all along. More profit means more options — legacy, expansion, an exit worth celebrating, or simply a business that finally rewards you the way it should. Whatever "First Chair" looks like for you, that's what we'll build together. You already know more than you think you do. I just help you hear it.
